At Allure, your time and our team's time are both valuable. When an appointment is missed without notice, it impacts our ability to accommodate other clients and maintain an efficient schedule.

No Shows — defined as missed appointments without prior cancellation or notification — will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service(s) booked. This charge will be debited from the card provided on your profile. Where a card is not available, the charge will be applied to your account and must be paid before booking any future appointments.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise, and we always strive to be fair and understanding. If you are unable to make your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid any fees.
