Cancellation Policy

At our Salon, we strive to provide our clients with the highest level of service. To ensure that we can accommodate all our valued clients, we have implemented the following appointment cancellation policy:

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be on our waitlist or in need of our services.

If 48 hours’ notice is not provided, you will be charged $50. This fee will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. If no credit card details are on file, an invoice will be sent for payment and must be settled before a new appointment can be scheduled.

​We understand that life can be unpredictable, and things may come up unexpectedly. In such cases, we kindly ask that you inform us of any changes or cancellations as soon as possible so that we may offer the appointment to another client. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

Appointment Punctuality Policy

At our salon, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise which may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, in order to provide the best service to all our clients, we have implemented a strict policy regarding tardiness.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to share your appointment with other available stylists or modify or shorten your scheduled service to accommodate our other appointments. This is to ensure that our stylists have sufficient time to complete each service to our high standards.

If we are unable to complete the originally booked service due to your late arrival, the full amount for the service will still be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our policy.

We kindly request that you arrive for your appointment at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time. This will allow our stylists to properly consult with you and make any necessary adjustments to your service prior to beginning.

Client Satisfaction Policy

At our Salon, we strive to provide exceptional services and ensure every client leaves feeling satisfied with their experience. In the rare event that you are not completely happy with your service, please contact the salon within 7 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns.

We highly value open communication and encourage our clients to speak up while in the salon if they have any concerns. This allows us to address the issue immediately and find a resolution. We also take pride in our thorough consultation process, but we urge you to be as detailed as possible in expressing your desired outcome to avoid any miscommunication.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or free redo services for a change of mind after your service is completed. However, for any concerns raised within 7 days, we will review the consultation form signed by you or alternatively discuss your concerns with the stylist and invite you for an assessment to determine the best course of action. Any necessary redo services will be provided at no cost to you.

Product Use Policy

At our salon, we are committed to providing high-quality hair services to our valued clients. In line with this commitment, we have implemented a Poor Product Use Policy to ensure the safety and integrity of our services.

We understand that you may have preferences for certain hair products or brands. However, we kindly request that you refrain from using unprofessional or inferior quality products on your hair, as this may impact the outcome of your service. This includes products that may have harsh or unknown chemical ingredients.

If you have been using such products, we require you to undergo an in-salon cleansing treatment prior to any colouring services. This is necessary to ensure that your hair is free from any residue or build-up that may interfere with the colouring process.

In certain situations, depending on the extent of the product use and its effects on your hair, we reserve the right to refuse to colour your hair or provide an alternative. This is to protect the health and wellness of your hair and ensure the best results possible.

We also want to bring to your attention that poor quality water usage, such as from tanks, overseas sources, salt water, or chlorinated water, can also have a detrimental effect on your hair. If you have been exposed to these types of water sources, we ask that you inform us prior to your appointment so we can take the necessary precautions.

Please understand that this policy is not to inconvenience you, but rather to maintain the standards of our salon and the quality of our services. We take this matter seriously and expect honesty from our clients in providing us with accurate information. We cannot stress enough the potential risks of chemical reactions that may occur if this policy is not followed.

Privacy Policy

At our Salon, we are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. As a hair salon, we understand the importance of keeping personal information and sensitive topics discussed during consultations confidential.

  • Personal information may be disclosed to third-party service providers that the salon engages, such as hair product suppliers, for the purpose of carrying out our services.

  • The salon will not use personal information for marketing or promotional purposes without the explicit consent of the client.

  • In the event of a data breach, the salon will take immediate steps to contain and manage the breach, and notify the affected individuals and relevant authorities, as required by law.

​Confidentiality of Sensitive Topics

  • The salon recognises that clients may share sensitive topics during consultations, and it is our responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of this information.

  • Employees, contractors, and agents of the salon are expected to handle sensitive information with the utmost care and confidentiality.

  • All conversations and consultations with clients are to be carried out in a private and confidential setting.

  • Client information and discussions are not to be shared with anyone outside of the salon, including friends, family, or on social media platforms, without the explicit consent of the client.

Access and Correction of Personal Information

  • Clients have the right to access and correct their personal information held by the salon.

  • Requests for access or correction of personal information can be made by contacting the salon directly.

  • The salon will respond to requests for access or correction within a reasonable time frame, and in accordance with relevant privacy laws.

Security of Personal Information

  • The salon will take all reasonable steps to ensure the security of personal information held, including measures to prevent unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure.

  • All employees, contractors, and agents are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of personal information in their possession.

  • Physical and electronic security measures will be in place to safeguard personal information​

New Client Policy: Deposit and Booking Fee Required for Appointments

To guarantee your appointment at our esteemed hair salon, all new clients are kindly asked to pay a non-refundable $100 deposit or booking fee at the time of booking. This fee must be received no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment for it to be secured. Please note that your appointment will not be considered confirmed until this payment is received.

This deposit or booking fee will be applied towards the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our new client policy. Thank you for choosing our salon for your hair care needs.
