At Allure Salon and Spa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a hair care product, please note the following:

 

1. Eligibility:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

 

2. Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

 

3. Gift Cards:

Our gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. However, if you have any issues with a gift card, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
