At our salon, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise which may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, in order to provide the best service to all our clients, we have implemented a strict policy regarding tardiness.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to share your appointment with other available stylists or modify or shorten your scheduled service to accommodate our other appointments. This is to ensure that our stylists have sufficient time to complete each service to our high standards.
If we are unable to complete the originally booked service due to your late arrival, the full amount for the service will still be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our policy.

Late Arrival Policy (More than 15 minutes Late)
To respect the time of all our guests, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, a 10% late arrival fee will be applied to your service. Please note that due to our back-to-back scheduling, your service may need to be adjusted or shortened to avoid impacting the next client. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We kindly request that you arrive for your appointment at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time. This will allow our stylists to properly consult with you and make any necessary adjustments to your service prior to beginning.
