Phase 1 | Colour Correction Consultation & Reset

Is your colour uneven, patchy or over-processed and you don’t know where to start?

This is your essential first step — a personalised colour correction service designed to assess your hair, begin the correction process and safely reset your colour.

This 1:1 service may include removing banding, correcting uneven tones, rebalancing colour and preparing the hair for your desired result.

Includes a test strand and any required services to safely begin your transformation, finished with your chosen styling option.

⚠️ IMPORTANT

Colour correction is a process — not a one-step service.

Phase 2 and Phase 3 may be required depending on your hair condition and desired result. These will be mapped out during your personalised consultation.

FAQ

Can colour correction be done in one appointment?

In some cases yes, but most corrections require multiple sessions to protect the hair and achieve the best result.

Why do I need a test strand?

A test strand allows us to assess how your hair will react to the correction process and plan safely.

How many sessions will I need?

This varies depending on your hair history and desired result. Your stylist will map this out during Phase 1.

Will my hair be damaged?

We prioritise hair health using strengthening treatments and controlled techniques to minimise damage.

Why isn’t Phase 2 or 3 available online?

These sessions are fully customised and can only be booked after your initial consultation and assessment.
