Additional Time & Charges for Extra-Long or Thick Hair

To ensure the highest quality of service and results, we require clients with extra-long or thick hair to book additional time for colour services. This policy allows our stylists to allocate the necessary time and resources to achieve optimal outcomes.
Definitions:

Extra-Long Hair: Hair that extends beyond the mid-back when straightened. This length requires more time for application, processing, and styling.

Thick Hair: Hair with above-average density, characterized by a larger number of strands per square inch. Thick hair necessitates more product and time to ensure even colour application and thorough processing.

Additional Time & Charges:

Extra Time: An additional 30 minutes may be required for clients with extra-long or thick hair. This time ensures complete and even colour application, proper processing, and desired results.

Additional Charges: An extra fee will be applied to cover the cost of additional product and the stylist's time. All services are based on hair length and thickness, please select accurately to avoid disappointment & a $50 adjustment fee!.
